3.2 Dashboard Submissions by Users
When you submit a dashboard layout, template, or KPI configuration to the Service via our submission form:
- Submission License: You grant Gravitar a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, categorize, promote, modify descriptions of, and link to your submitted dashboard on our Service.
- Intellectual Property Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own all intellectual property rights to the dashboard layout and any underlying demo data, or that you have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to share it publicly.
- Editorial Discretion: Gravitar reserves the sole right and absolute discretion to approve, edit, reject, or remove any dashboard submission from the Website at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
4. Third-Party Services and Comments
Our Service uses third-party integrations and WordPress plugins to manage user accounts, comments, and community interactions.
- No Liability for Third-Party Plugins: You acknowledge that Gravitar does not own, operate, or secure the underlying technology of third-party comment systems. Any data you input to leave a comment is subject to the privacy policies of those respective third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gravitar or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability under these Terms for any claim shall be limited to $100 USD.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of Mexico.
Any legal dispute, conflict, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved informally first. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
